I see they refer (seriously) to "third-hand smoking" there, Andreas, claiming that it is well-documented along with "second-hand smoking". Neither is well-documented. Indeed, long-term studies have been unable to find a link between second-hand smoking and cancer or heart disease. As for third-hand smoking, it's simply a ridiculous concept. This stuff just goes on and on, though; as long as there is money available to implement hopey-changey social engineering, social engineers will do it.
